Pressure Tester PROX 2
PROX is being used in the carbonated beverage industry to determine internal pressure strength and general physical behaviour under water pressure of plastic containers.
With “Manual enterprise procedure” exists the possibility to raise the pressure directly on the Touch Screen. This can be used, for instance, to examine the deformation progression of the tested bottle
Burst Tester PROX 16-230-t
PROX is used in the carbonated beverage industry to determine internal pressure resiststance and general physical behaviour under water pressure of containers up to 2 litres.
The bottle support allows placing up to four different neck diameters (max 40mm). The undisturbed view trough the safety cylinder allows the operator to follow the whole test cycle.
Hot Wire PET Bottle Cutter HWPBC 1-4c/300e
PET Bottle test samples of capacities 0.2 l to 5.0 l with max. diameter 165mm are cut precisely in 2, 3, 4, or 5 parts according to the number of installed cutting wires. Every single part has an exactly assigned weight, which is being monitored. An ideal wall thickness distribution permits to guarantee the physical and mechanical quality requirements.
